This course is prepared for a special audience oil and gas production personnel. The primary goal is to provide a basic level of understanding of corrosion problem, as they exist in production operations and corrosion control especially cathodic protection of pipeline and related equipments in the production process.

16. Cathodic protection of oil and gas pipeline
17. Basic design of cathodic protection
18. Cathodic protection techniques sacrifial anode system
19. Cathodic protection techniques impressed current system
20. Cathodic protection practices
21. Effect anoda bed distance from pipeline
